Firstly,letme just say that im getting tired of listening to all the silly excuses of breakups and the complains...the mourning...blah3...not that i've never had a taste of it.in fact i pretty much tasted it well enough to tell those girls out there that it has to stop at a certain point of time.heed me "STOP AT CERTAIN POINT OF TIME".and that does not include damaging yourself-(to a particular girl..hmm)
follow me through...
1)if you're feelin depressed,listless and want to cry,by all means...do so.mourning the death of a reltionship can provide healthy closure.
start with: throwing away anything that has to do with him."your" song,his sms'es,pictures,letters....ged rid of it!
never: STALK HIM,CALL HIM COUNTLESS TIMES , GET JEALOUS WHEN HE STARTS MEETING NEW GIRLS CUS YOU DON'T HAVE A REASON TO,YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BROKEN UP.
2)Look thru all your old photo albums.remember that you were once happy without him and you can be happy without him again.
start with: pick up a hobby!i've emphasised this countless times and i think i sound like a nag.DISTRACT yourself with friends,activities...if you don't have any friends
(not suprising,some people throw their friends when they have a bf)this is your chance to get some personal reflective me time.go shopping,get a manicure,cut your hair,borrow some good books,clean your room....
3)when you have succesfully gone through n survived the stages above,examine what went wrong and why he wasn't the one for you.Resolve not to make the same mistakes went you get to the next relationship!
p.s:i can give you all the tricks and ways i have in the world but its never gonna help if you don't make an effort at all and keep sulking over it.u want advice,i give advice.you dont wanna take action,don't tell me my advice doesn't work.it does.
and i have never said healing is an overnite process.it takes time.you belief in yourself,you're strong enuf.you will make it.tat,i gurantee.
