HOW GOOD FOOD MAKES GOOD SKIN!

recently a question has been ponderin and lingerin at the back of my mind.

THE QUESTION:
which is a better value of money?products that improve the quality of skin or products that cover it all up?

and this is what I have come up with…did ma research..so feast your mind and think about it…

VERDICT

CLEAR SKIN makes makeup look extra purrfect ladies!
so it is definitely not a waste to splurge n get the ideal healthy skin before splurging on all types of makeup-cum-cover ups.cause expensive makeup will look ’cheap’ if its on skin that’s uneven,oily,and ohh! sooooo full of blemishes!


but,in order to own that ”miracle” skin,it won’t only be based on creams,lotion or vitamins.its gonna be the food we take in.it has to be balanced and healthy and must be eaten since we were little kids to help in getting healthy skin.(but its neva to late to try babes!)


the two most important foods for skin would be vege and fruits(and then I hear u guys moan…hmpf!have some hope,theres a first time to everything)
these foods if eaten fresh,have high contains of fibre,low cholesterol and does not have additional sugar or salt.(isn’t that good to get the purfect body as well!)all these have natural vitamins n minerals that is sooooo sooooo needed for beautiful skin.

HEALTHY SKIN IS ME!
1)the first and foremost the most basic I must say, for smooth skin is, WATER!
even though your foods mite contain water…we are advised to drink the minimal of two litres of h2o to make sure that our skin is healthy and blemish-free.(get ready your water bottles gurls)


2)”cellulose carbohydrate” or food that contains fibre and carbo are also foods that will help in restoring your skin complexion,resultin it in being fair and smooth.(soo,forget your fear of bread,wheat,or rice….go get it gurls)


3)vitamin A is important for replenishin the tissues in your skin.without vitamin A,skin will be dry and lines will apear.to be sure that you get sufficient vitamin A.Add carrots,spinach,brocolli and apricots to ur daily food diet.


4)vitamin C is also as important to produce collagen that will help preserve the elasticity of your skin.and your journey in having ur dream skin is one step closer when your eat more strawberries,citrus fruits like oranges,cabbage,tomatoes and salads.(aren’t the food I mentioned soo colourful!!!)


5)vitamin E is an antioxident that will neutralise the effects of free radicals.these radicals will make skin more vulnerable to be attacked by the “ageing skin” syndrome.yeah,we all will have wrinkles at some point of time,but certainly not right now!to prevent it add nuts such as hazelnuts and wheat.


6)lastly,zinc helps in skin being more firm,stronger and smooth.milk and oats contains zinc…so what are you waitin for???


pale skin?
ANSWER:
increase your iron intake,protein,calcium,copper,cobalt,and vitamin B.
that means, egg yolks,cheese,chicken,fish,rice,potatoes,nuts,oats and bananas.


pimples and zits?
ANSWER:
increase your intake of meat without fats,milk,soya,carrots,apricots,spinach,brocolli.
its a great source of zinc that enables your skin to produce collagen and elastin to firmer skin.


oily skin?
ANSWER:
ur lackin riboflavin.other then washin your face with oil-freee based cleanser and eatin the right supllements,take in more soya,low fat-milk and eggs.it will prevent oil to collect on the surface of your skin.


dry skin?
ANSWER:
more vita A and E.that includes low fat milk,fruits,vege,oats and nuts.vita a firms up ur skin.vita e on the other hand is rich in antioxidents, helpin it in reducing the problem of undesired lines and wrinkles.


AND SOOOO……
there will come a day where makeup ain’t gona be your shadow anymore.you are gonna go out with the true colours of your skin.and when your skin blushes,you know it ain’t cause of the pink blusher…and your eyes sparkle not cause of those contacts.its gona be truly you…
and you will aprreciate it.and others will too.
and ya…and then you gonna say that oh well that’s neva gonna happen…..urghhh!hate this attitude.


theres only one thing I can say to these girls who have a sickenin and iritatin mentality…


nothing comes easy.u want it,go get it.if theres such a thing that’s called “impossible”,u r the one that created it.

(for those goin through pimple breakouts now…be patient,with the right diet we’ll fight it…and that goes to me too and my boyfriend.we’ve each grown a pimple on our faces.yipes!!!!)
